WHERE IS QUEENS COVE?
Located in Freeport on the Island of
Grand Bahama, one of the Bahama Islands, Queens Cove is only 65 miles from the
East Coast of Florida.
WHEN WAS QUEENS COVE DEVELOPED?
Lots in Queens Cove were laid out and
sold during the mid-1960's and early 1970's. The subdivision was partially developed
by the original owners of Bahamas Developers Ltd. The Company changed hands in
1994, and the present owners have set about re-vitalizing the development.
WHO PURCHASED LOTS IN
Bahamas Developers initiated a worldwide
marketing strategy. Lots in Queens Cove were sold to purchasers in North America,
South America, Europe and Asia. When the present owners purchased Bahamas Developers
Ltd., they had the daunting task of determining who were the lot owners, and where
they resided. They were only partially successful in this quest. There are still
hundreds of owners who have not been located.
