Traffic Control of Heavy Duty Vehicles onto Queens Cove Drive

  • Bahamas Developers had been hard at work to encourage the Grand Bahama Port Authority and their partners to minimize the amount of heavy duty trucks onto Queens Cove Drive.
  •
  • Notices were placed in the Newspaper advising motorists that this roadway was now closed to the public.

  • Only a limited amount of heavy duty vehicles will be allowed use of this roadway.
  •
  • The intersection at the Fishing Hole Road has been chained off and a proper notice board posted.
  •
  • The intersection at Keats Street has been blocked off completely with boulders. THERE IS NOW ONLY ONE ENTRANCE INTO THE QUEENS COVE SUBDIVISION.
  •
  • Updates soon on the repair of Queens Cove Drive at the curved intersection that meets this road.
